Mainly used at the inlet of the clean room or high risk areas, the Mimasa disinfection tunnels can be adapted to any kind of product (cured, ham, cheese, toppings...) and to any space. The innovative atomizing system has a lot of advantages, probably the most relevant is the drastic reduction of water and disinfectant product. This reduction arrives to 15 times less compared to a traditional aspersion system.
Furthermore, atomizing guarantees a uniform distribution of the disinfectant all over the surface of the product, at the time that minimizes the addition of humidity in the high risk zone, when it is used to sanitize logs for slicing or elaboration. The tunnel can be used with any homologated disinfectant.
In order to reduce even more the consumption, the sanitizing tunnels incorporate an automatic start system when they detect product and they stop after a certain programmable time.
