One of the specialties of Mimasa is the ham washing as well as cured products, no matter if it is on a rack, or on a stainless-steel meat hook tree. We have batch solution with single or double door cabinets, and tunnels for continuous production. Their compact and functional design guarantees a minimum water and energy consumption assuring a perfect result.
They can be used to remove salt, butter, to clean the cured ham or any other kind of cured product (salumi, chorizo, dry sausage, etc).
We can optionally offer automated loading and buffering systems, special applications, custom made panels for specific projects, etc.
