Tunnel for hook washing

The LG-100 is a tunnel specially conceived to wash and disinfect overhead-conveyed hooks in a continuous line. The system is perfectly integrated in the automatic line of your installation, allowing to different types of washing process: a maintenance wash during the production hours, with cold water and without chemicals, to keep the bacterial load at the minimum, and a second wash intensive at the end of the production shift, assuring the complete sanitizing of all the hooks in the line, leaving them ready for the next working shift. Possibility to wash other elements: hooks, plastic swords, stainless steel trees.
