Pallet washing tunnels

We supply multiple solutions to clean pallets, rather in batch systems as in continuous lines, and for any production speed. The compact and functional design guarantees the minimum consumption of water, energy and chemicals in automatic and flexible system for all the sectors, assuring an effective cleaning process.

Depending on the needs, the pallet washers can adapt different configurations and can integrate stackers, distackers, in-feed and out-feed conveyors and buffers. Currently, tens of different models of pallet are used: nestable, stackable, flat, grilled…We have the pallet washer machine that fits in each need. Depending on the specific requirements, we can personalize them to wash not only pallets but also crates, palbox, vats in the same line.
