In a world (fortunately) increasingly aware of the urgency of reusing, the packaging and transport containers immediately focus the attention. Internally, production plants use multiple transport containers to move the product through the production process. Elements such as boxes, plastic containers, bins, vats, and all kinds of structures. But also, as containers of the goods that we exchange within the value chain, from the raw materials as to the folding boxes in which the products are delivered to most supermarket chains. The advantages of reusing all these containers become more than evident.
But the circle of reuse must be closed. It is necessary to ensure that the containers that return at the beginning do so in the optimal conditions of hygiene and food safety, ready to make a new return to the cycle. And this is where washing and drying systems must play their role. Ensuring that the sanitization process is correct, which is consistent throughout the hours, days, and years, that it is correctly traced and that gives us the peace of mind and confidence of an always excellent result, without exceptions. In case the challenge seems small, we must not forget that energy efficiency must be a basic premise, we would not like to find that washing and drying consumption undermines the benefits of reusing packaging. We can't make a mistake in that either. This assurance, this consistency and traceability of hygiene, this energy efficiency, are concerns that we make ourselves our own. We are fully aware of this and have the technology to do so.
The entire Mimasa team works every day to ensure that our proposals guarantee excellence in these areas. Because we want to help the food industry, logistics and pools to focus on their business, with the peace of mind of knowing that we are trying to close the circle of reuse. That's our purpose.
