Can we contribute to improving the training of the professionals of the future? What do we achieve by opening the doors of the company to talent? At Mimasa we like to constantly improve, which is why we have joined the initiative of the Rotary Club Banyoles with the vision of bringing training studies closer to young people. On February 28, the students of Electromechanical Maintenance of IES Josep Brugulat in Banyoles visited our facilities to learn first hand the process of designing and manufacturing machinery for sanitation processes.
For Mimasa these days have a double objective, the first is to help to visualize the theoretical part with the practical part to the future professionals and contribute like this in his academic training. The second is in line with our values, encouraging curiosity and constant learning. We believe in talent and a job well done, as a company we want to transmit these values to our community and to what the professional future of our territory must be. The best way to capture talent is to share talent.
