This July, Mimasa completed the installation of a full sales & service facility located near Chicago, Illinois. We have reinforced our existing sales team by adding a dedicated technical service team and a warehouse to stock spare parts. This location gives us the ability to provide immediate support throughout the United States and Canada, so our customers can now enjoy a fast and efficient service .
We know that our clients need to be focused on their business which is why they expect us to focus on washing and drying their elements.
Our mission is to help our customer choose the best washing solution, ensure that the implementation is a success, and anticipate all the maintenance needs and continuous improvement of their sanitization processes.
It is for this reason that we understand that it is so important to have a highly qualified sales team and a technical service team expert in the use of our machinery. A team with Mimasa DNA. But not only that. We also need the best agility in the delivery of spare parts. It is for this reason that we have also set up a spare parts warehouse, to meet the demand in the USA and Canada. We want to be close to our customers, so that they can be unconcerned about sanitization and can focus their efforts on growing their business.
